The Accor hotel group has recognised the achievements of its hotels and teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific at its 2026 Accor Pacific Awards.
Hotels and teams received recognition for their high performance in a range of 10 categories.

Peppers Seaport Launceston was named the Hotel of the Year and also took out the award for Operations Excellence.
Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour was awarded Work of Heart – celebrating team engagement and recognition.
Ibis Sydney Barangaroo scooped the Art of Hospitality award – honouring standout guest experience and loyalty initiatives, and was awarded for its Iconic Brand Delivery.
Mercure Alice Springs Resort and Mantra Melbourne Airport shared the gong for Responsible Hospitalty – highlighting sustainability leadership.
Pullman & Novotel Sydney Olympic Park scored a win as Food & Beverage Innovators.
The Pioneering Mindset award went to Pullman Adelaide for bold, creative business transformation.
Celebrating inclusion, the Social Impact award went to Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, Novotel Auckland Airport, and ibis budget Auckland Airport.
The Business Unit of the Year – celebrating non-hotel excellence in Accor Hospitality Services operations – was awarded to Dexus Portfolio.
