The Accor group has opened Mercure Melbourne St Kilda Road with Melbourne identity, Albert Dadon of Ubertas Group.
Mercure Melbourne St Kilda Road is Accor’s 38th hotel in Melbourne. Accor’s portfolio includes other outer CBD hotels, including Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, The Como Melbourne MGallery in South Yarra, The Sebel in Malvern, and the Art Series hotels.
Albert Dadon AM is the founder and CEO of real estate development firm Ubertas. He is also part of Melbourne’s hospitality, arts and jazz scene.
Dadon said he is thrilled with the new partnership.

Accor’s newest hotel will showcase artworks
The hotel has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. It showcases eclectic artworks throughout guestrooms, the lobby, and common areas.
The newly rebranded hotel will also host intimate events.
Mercure Melbourne St Kilda Road is close to IT, health, and government businesses. The hotel offers 145 rooms, including 20 two-bedroom apartments, a full-size gym, car parking.
