Are you ready to learn more? Franchisor-focused learning is at your fingertips

Inspired by the news of your fellow franchise professionals receiving their Certified Franchise Executive certification at the International Franchise Association’s convention? Well it could be you.

The Franchise Council of Australia’s CFE program is intended to enhance professionalism within the franchising sector.

It’s just one of a number of ongoing educational opportunities on offer through the FCA Academy, including one day sessions.

Upcoming courses and case studies include field manager bootcamps, effective franchise recruitment and managing franchisee underperformance.

While the industry encourages franchisees to attend regular training and personal development sessions throughout their tenure, there is equal need for franchisors and their teams to continue their learning.

Tina Tower, former Telstra Young Businesswoman Award winner and founder of the Begin Bright franchise, is a keen proponent of continual learning. “I spent $14,000 on courses in my first year in business – I earned $3,000,” Tower says.
