Automotive accessories retailer Autobarn has introduced a loyalty program that rewards customers purchasing from physical stores and online.

All Autobarn Accelerate Rewards Loyalty Program members will earn one point for every dollar spent at one of its 135 stores or at the online store.

The program will form a major part of the company’s personalised customer experience, with special offers, event invites and discounts part of the package.

Simon Davenport heads up Autobarn’s marketing division.

“We have structured this loyalty program to be very easy for our customers to earn and redeem their reward points and to access their purchase receipts. We will also ensure that Autobarn Accelerate members are the first to know about special offers, competitions and events,” he said.

The retailer has also just completed a three-week Autobarn Wax On Show Off competition which attracted more than 1,200 entries.

Davenport said “Autobarn team members across the country have seen everything from trucks, a DeLorean, everyday drives, bikes and absolutely everything in between during the competition. The passion that Australians have for their vehicles is incredible and at Autobarn we’re always here to help people build and maintain their pride and joy.” 

The inaugural Autobarn Wax On Show Off grand prize winner was selected at random to win $5,000 to spend in any Autobarn store across the country.
