Belle Property has appointed its head of network growth, Nick Boyd, as CEO to lead the Belle Property Australia, Hockingstuart and Acton | Belle Property brands.
Boyd brings 22 years of real estate industry experience; he joined Belle Property Australasia in 2013 as national performance coach.
As CEO he will head up strategies for each brand, Real Estate Business reports.
Belle Property Group CEO Peter Hanscomb moves to a CEO role at the real estate networks’ holding group, Propvue Group. In his new position Hanscomb will reportedly focus on acquisitions, finance, conveyancing, investment trusts, digital brands and data.
Hanscomb started in the franchising real estate industry in 1982 when he joined Ray White. He founded and led RE/MAX Australia, and advised McGrath Estate Agents in the development of its franchise model.
Since 2007 he has led Belle Property Australasia, launching international and commercial divisions, and significantly growing the agency footprint.
The Belle Property network today has more than 180 offices, with sales of more than $18bn last financial year.
Boyd said the network is well-placed to grow to the next level.
“I believe this is an extraordinary opportunity to solidify our position and take advantage of openings in the marketplace,” Boyd said.
