Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate ramps up growth

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is expanding its footprint, with 14 new agents joining the brand and more in the pipeline. A newly appointed head of growth has spearheaded the expansion.

Phil Eldret has taken up the strategic leadership role at Combined Franchise Services, the franchisor for both Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Century 21.

Eldret moves to the real estate arena after eight years with the Lux Group, which operates ecommerce brands such as Luxury Escapes, Living Social, Cudo and DEALS.com.au.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has boosted the service team with a number of other key personnel to help drive the growth strategy.

New agents expand brand footprint

The 14 new agents will add to the brand’s east coast presence, across 11 new locations.

In Queensland: Toowoomba, Cairns, Woombye, Tarragindi, Chermside, Beenleigh and Carrara. 

Better Homes and Garden’s Real Estate is also in Harrington Park and Newcastle in New South Wales and Mount Eliza and Melton West in Victoria.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offers both a traditional office shopfront and a mobile model.

The brand reaches more than 10 million consumers monthly and launched in Australia in 2018.
