Business coaching franchise Brainiact has appointed a new head of franchise recruitment.

Rori Kokken takes up the position, moving from her role as CEO of franchise recruitment at consulting business BDC Partners.

Kokken also brings experience in franchise recruitment across Noodle Box, Schnitz, Hotondo Homes and Salts of the Earth.

In an interview on Brainiact’s website, Kokken said the brand’s scalability is a “franchise manager’s dream. Brainiact has exactly what potential partners want: flexibility and unparalleled support”.

She said the business aims to add 10 more franchisees by the end of the financial year, taking the total number of franchise partners to 15.

“With no constraint of having brick-and-mortar stores, this is completely doable.  I am a big believer in slow and steady growth,” she said.

Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, franchisor Jared Dawson said Kokken “wholeheartedly shares our vision to empower small business owners”.

Dawson revealed Kokken will also become a business coach for the Brainiact Hampton region.

“A massive endorsement of our approach and our business model!” he said.

The business coaching franchise has a goal of driving the growth and profitability of 10,000 businesses by 2030.
