City Cave Launceston has launched the wellness brand into Tasmania with a network-wide record for pre-sales.

City Cave CEO, Jeremy Hassell said “Seeing the excitement and demand for our first Tasmanian location is both humbling and inspiring, and we can’t wait for Launceston to experience what City Cave is all about.”

Launceston has an older, health-conscious, value-driven demographic, which suits the City Cave offer.

The venue opens its doors on 23 August, helmed by new franchisees Amanda Smith and Kali Holland, who bring a background in health and fitness to their business.

“After seeing first-hand how these innovative therapies can change lives, physically, mentally and emotionally, we wanted that transformation here, for our own community,” said Holland.

Each venue offers infrared sauna, floatation and massage.

Smith said “City Cave is about helping people let go of that stress, even for just an hour, and helping them learn a new level of stress relief.”

The chain has established nearly 70 centres along the eastern seaboard since its launch in 2016.
