Andrew Head, most recently CFO at El Jannah, has taken on the CEO role at retail bakery sensation Brooki Bakehouse.
At El Jannah, Head helped scale the national network and played a key role in the company’s successful transaction with global private equity firm General Atlantic.
As CEO, he will oversee the execution of the four-year-old company’s growth strategy and lead the acceleration of its next phase of national and international growth.
