The franchise chain endota spa has unveiled its new retail design at Norwood, South Australia with a focus on customer experience.
On a 160 sqm layout, endota spa Norwood retail design provides an interactive experience with a dabble bar that encourages customers to touch, smell or try ingredients and products.
Customers can also experience a mini treatment without making an appointment.
National franchise manager, Jonathan Nelson said “This concept spa marks an exciting period in endota spa’s journey. It incorporates spa treatments within an inviting retail space that encourages you to use all the senses. Blurring the lines of expectations around a traditional spa.”
The idea is to create a retail and service space dedicated to all aspects of wellness including “a zoned off treatment area that makes you feel as though you have stepped into another world,” said Nelson.
For the first time, separate to the dabble bar, there’s an area for express treatments and skin consultations including a UV light skin scanner diagnosis, analysis of skin hydration, an express LED mask treatment and a hand, head or shoulder massage.
There are six treatment rooms (including one double room) and two relaxation lounges in the newly designed spa which incorporates natural timbers, copper finishes, handmade tiles, earthy hues, subdued lighting and endota spa’s signature scent.
“The new retail design at endota spa Norwood marks the way forward as a market leader in the wellness space” says fit-out manager Jenelle Sheppard.
“The design of this space allows us to continually challenge the notion of a typical spa. We are excited about taking our design to the next level, bringing wellness out of the treatment rooms and into retail area.”
