Leisure franchise Flip Out has achieved a 5-star franchise rating for its very high level of transparency and franchise performance.

The trampoline chain has proved itself a strong performer across the franchise network.

FRANdata Australia awarded the 5-stars through its Australian Franchise Rating Scale. To achieve the high-level rating Flip Out underwent an independent and fact-based assessment across seven key categories.

FRANdata’s Australian CEO Darryn McAuliffe said the review revealed a successful franchise model across all measurements.

“The solid trading performance across the network continues to deliver solid financial outcomes for individual franchisees. Flip Out’s disciplined expansion strategy continues to build network strength,” McAuliffe said.

Flip Out’s managing director, Steven Stone, said “Our network has been very disciplined to ensure our customer experience continues to improve along with financial growth and sustainability for franchise partners.

“We look forward to further building relationships and transparency with our key lenders.”

Stone told Franchise Executives “Flip Out’s super sector providing active fun indoors for two to 22-year-olds certainly has investors wanting more. Flip Out has just over 20 operating franchise partners with 15 further centres to open by the conclusion of 2025.”

Programs and equipment are continually updated to meet and exceed customer expectations, he said.

“Our mandate to franchise partners is to continually improve the customer experience with safety at the forefront, make the businesses easier to operate with implementation of technology and processes with a focus on financial sustainability for franchise partners.”
