Frontline Recruitment, Express Employment reveal new group CEO

Frontline Recruitment Group, Express Employment Professionals and Express Healthcare Staffing in Australia and New Zealand have announced a new group CEO. 

The role has been vacant since August 2025 when former incumbent Arthur McColl exited the business.

New CEO Adam Hislop-Reynolds brings more than 25 years of executive experience in the recruitment sector to the role.

Hislop-Reynolds held leadership roles at Healthcare Australia for 11 years: he spent two years as COO, and more than eight years as executive general manager. His career includes management at Adecco, Toll People and Origin Healthcare (part of Skilled Group).

Global staffing firm Express Employment International owns Frontline Recruitment Group, Express Employment Professionals and Express Healthcare Staffing. The group has more than 870 franchise locations across the US, Canada, South Africa and Australia and New Zealand.
