Korean chicken chain Gami Chicken is ramping up its offer to budget-conscious consumers and enhancing its loyalty program to match.

Gami’s executive director, Jun Lee, said there will be combo deal promotions and set menu options alongside menu innovations that blend authentic flavours of Korea.

“For us, menu innovation is more than adding dishes, it’s about offering something consumers can’t find anywhere else,” Lee said.

He points to sales of the Korean Delights street food appetisers, which have risen 18 per cent year-on-year. “These dishes have been extremely popular as an extension of our Korean Chicken offering,” he said.

Beyond the menu, Gami is reimagining the dining experience through dynamic restaurant design that matches a contemporary feel to the brand’s Korean heritage.

Gami is adding immersive experiences such as themed pop-up events and multi-sensory dining to keep customers engaged. It is also enhancing its loyalty program with exclusive rewards for value-driven diners.

“For Gami, 2025 is about delivering more – more flavour, more innovation, and more reasons for customers to keep coming back,” Lee said.

He is confident the brand’s fast and easy takeaway ordering and its convenient fast-casual dining suit today’s customer demands.

“Gami has positioned itself perfectly to meet evolving consumer preferences,” he said.

“The continued rise of K-culture in Australia has created a wonderful platform for us to introduce our offering to mainstream markets. We aim to make quality Korean food accessible, convenient, and a favourite of every household,” Lee said.

Gami Chicken was founded in 2006 and now has 30 locations across the country.
