Gelatissimo is offering a limited time $50,000 regional incentive package to encourage growth in non-metro areas.
The offer delivers a 50 per cent discount on the 5+5 year franchise fee, from $50,000 to $25,000, waives the $10,000 property leasing fee, and reduces the royalty fee by 50 per cent up to a value of $15,000.
The deal is a one-off option for a franchise buyer purchasing a greenfield Gelatissimo franchise in a new regional location, who begins trading before June 30 2026.
Gelatissimo has 57 Australian stores and has opened 10 stores in the last 12 months, concentrating on a footprint in urban precincts and shopping centres.
Now the brand is keen to ramp up growth outside metro areas. Well-established regional locations such as Wagga Wagga, Toowoomba, Mackay and Rockhampton have delivered consistent performance for the brand over the years.
Anthony Shina, chief development officer at Gelatissimo said “Regional towns are showing incredible enthusiasm for the Gelatissimo brand.”
Shina said data over the last 12 months shows the regional stores are performing better than the average annual sales across the metro network.
