Harcourts South Australia has appointed a dedicated performance coach, Sam Owens, who brings more than 10 years of global experience to the role.
Owens’ career spans sales, leadership and coaching in the UK, Canada, Asia, and Australia.
His career milestones include driving a 300 per cent business growth in the retail sector within two years and maintaining a $100m+ lending portfolio in the finance industry.
Heather Edwards, CEO of Harcourts South Australia, said his experience and results make him an “indispensable asset”.

Owens’ remit is to equip real estate professionals with the “mindset and strategy required to thrive in an increasingly competitive market”, she said’
Owens said he is driven by helping people unlock their potential.
