Hog’s Breath Café has officially rolled out a new menu, the first step in the brand’s turnaround strategy under new CEO Tom Elliott.
The menu blends new flavour offerings with Hog’s signature comfort classics, and aims to position the business for long-term growth and relevance.
Elliott said “This menu isn’t about reinventing Hog’s Breath it’s about rounding out the experience. We’ve introduced a stronger range of desserts, shareables and lunch-friendly options to ensure guests have more reasons to visit and more flexibility in how they dine with us.”
Elliott said the premium steaks, large portions and relaxed ambience remain core, with additional menu lines that grow key categories.
“This update is a commercial play as much as a culinary one and we’re confident it will help drive both cover growth and average spend over time,” he said.
The new additions include Tex-Mex inspired mains, shareable starters, and indulgent desserts.
