In-home seniors and disability care provider Home Caring plans to open another 30 franchises.
Bill Lockett, Home Caring franchise manager, said “In just over three years, we’ve opened 50 locations in Australia – half of them in the last 12 months. We’re now one of the fastest growing franchises in the country.”
While the aged and disability home care demand is growing significantly, the number of service providers has only grown 5 per cent, Locket said.
The business is continuing on its growth trajectory with a plan for two or three new franchises to open each month.
“The home care market has never-ending potential, so we are looking forward to building on our results to become Australia’s largest home caring franchise.”
The Aussie business was recently named Australian Emerging Franchisor of the Year in the FCA Excellence in Franchising awards, just three years after launching its 50/50 joint venture franchise model.
Jon Kontopos, founder and managing director of Home Caring, said the award was a team achievement.
“Being recognised by the FCA is a great honour for us as an emerging business, and evidence that building a business on genuine care, excellence and service with heart is the path to success,” he said.
“We’ve had a successful track record in growing our home care business since we started in 2015. We are proud to show that our business model, which treats each franchisee as a true partner, works.
“We couldn’t have grown our business without the hard work and dedication of our franchisees, whose passion for meeting their clients’ needs and achieving best practice care is an inspiration to us all.”
