Integrity New Homes’ franchise recruitment is ramping up to attract potential business owners to its home building and renovation business.
Right now there are 40 franchises in the group, and founder and director Glenn Leet told Inside Franchise Business Executive, “There is an enormous capacity for growth, and the model is very scalable”.
The recruitment drive is national with regional areas such as Bendigo, Dubbo, Gladstone, Mackay, Mildura, Orange, Shepparton, and Townsville, Mackay, prime targets for growth. Leet is also looking at Adelaide and Darwin as potential sites.
The business is priced at $30,000 + GST for a regional territory, rising to $50,000 + GST for a metro business.
Leet developed the business out of his own construction firm nine years ago. The business has been franchising for eight years.
Today bbuilders and tradespeople without the appropriate licence may be able to operate under the licensing umbrella of Integrity Franchising, which operates the building chain.
As a franchisor Leet is providing franchisees with support in key areas of IT, graphic design, estimating, drafting, contract preparation, accounting, and building approvals.
Franchisees have access to a library of more than 1600 home layouts to create their own design portfolio, and have the benefits of bulk buying costs for materials.
It’s the support and personal coaching on hand that makes the business a particular drawcard for incoming franchisees, Leet said.
“The difference with our business is business coaching. I personally business coach each franchisee. It’s an ongoing commitment to personal and professional improvement and they need to sign up to that.”
