Jim’s Group launches Jim’s AI twin

Jim Penman, the Jim’s Group founder, has been twinned with a digital avatar who can now answer questions from the public.

Joel Kleber, chief marketing officer at Jim’s Group, told Franchise Executives, he believes this is a first for a franchise brand.

The AI version of Jim has been trained on more than 700,000 words of content, including podcasts, interviews, books, and videos.

Penman’s clone, like Jim himself, will answer any question on any topic, in a video or text conversation.

Kleber said the avatar will be a closer match in two years and could herald new ways, such as virtual franchisors, to support franchisees.
