Sonia Shwabsky, Fortidia’s president of regional operations, responsible for Kwik Kopy and Pack & Send ANZ, has left the business as of 27 March 2026.
Shwabsky was previously CEO of Kwik Kopy and took on the dual brand role after the sale of the business to Fortidia in late 2025.
Shwabsky told Franchise Executives it was time to step away from the business.
“I was brought in to architect the post-merger integration, restructure the organisation, and establish a cohesive regional leadership team. With that foundational mandate now complete, and the networks stabilised under the new global structure, it is the right time for me to transition out.
“I am incredibly proud of what we achieved over the last few years, particularly reversing a 12-year sales decline at Kwik Kopy to deliver 20 per cent growth, and setting both of these iconic franchise brands up for their next chapter,” Shwabsky said.
In the transition period, Riccardo Cepparulo has stepped up to the interim country manager role. Cepparulo joined Fortidia in Milan in 2019, heading up the MBE Worldwide digital marketing role before moving to Sydney as Pack & Send’s vice president of marketing for ANZ. He then added the vice president of marketing role for Kwik Kopy when it joined Fortidia.
