HD Legal has merged with Baybridge, a familiar law firm in the franchising sector. The merger boosts Baybridge’s real estate advisory and legal services.
Baybridge is a corporate and commercial firm with a strong focus on franchising, support for real estate agencies, dispute resolution, and litigation.
The firm’s clients have included national and international brands in food and hospitality, health and beauty, services-based and real estate sectors.
