Lone Star Rib House & Brews is stepping back into the Victorian market with its latest venture set to open in May in Caroline Springs.

The new restaurant will seat about 130, offer dine-in and takeaway, and provide more than 50 jobs.

Lone Star previously had two locations in Victoria, at Craigieburn and Geelong.

The opening of the full-service restaurant will bring the brand’s footprint to 19 restaurants across South Australia, Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. Three further locations are set to open in the months ahead.
