The Lottery Corporation Limited, which runs The Lott and Keno, has redesigned its business structure. It is creating three customer-facing business units – Lotteries, Digital, and Keno, each led by a chief operating officer.

The restructure means a change to the leadership team from 1 July 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

Antony Moore, who has been chief channel officer for the past three years, overseeing the retail and licensed venue networks, takes on the COO role for Keno. Moore served as a director with the Franchise Council of Australia from 2020 to 2022, was named in the Top 30 Franchise Executives in 2021, and is currently deputy chair of the Australian Retail Council.

Callum Mulvihill will be appointed COO of the Lotteries division, with the remit to grow the product portfolio and maximise performance across the retail network and digital wholesale partnerships.

Loren Somerville takes on the Digital COO role, with a mandate to drive digital lottery sales, deliver world-class app and web experiences, and explore fresh opportunities in adjacent lottery entertainment categories.

Wayne Pickup, MD and CEO at the Lottery Corporation, said “We have a strong foundation and our strategy has served the company well, but we can unlock more value.

“This new structure gives us the clarity and accountability to accelerate our evolution as a digital entertainment company, concentrate on local market growth and make faster, better decisions,” Pickup said.

There will be three enterprise service units supporting the business operations: financial and corporate services; strategy; and people and brand.
