Specialist repair franchise Megasealed has appointed Nicholas Woodward as general manager of the 30-year-old Australian brand.

Woodward brings to the role more than two decades of senior leadership experience across franchising, commercial services, logistics and retail. He spent eight years as chief operating officer and country manager of Pack & Send, leading a 160-plus location franchise network across Australia and New Zealand.

Most recently, Woodward founded Woodward Strategy & Advisory, a fractional executive
practice providing strategic advisory services to franchise businesses.

Ranked number 2 in Australia’s Top 30 Franchise Executives in 2020, Woodward has also served for seven years on the the Franchise Council of Australia NSW/ACT State Committee.

Megasealed founder Jacques Courtin said “Nicholas brings exactly the kind of experience and character we were looking for. He has led a large franchise network, understands what franchisees need to succeed, and shares our commitment to growing a strong, successful brand.

“After building Megasealed over the past 30 years, I am confident Nicholas will help take the business into its next phase of growth,” Courtin said.

Woodward described Megasealed as “a remarkable business with three decades of history, a network of passionate franchisees and a brand that customers trust”.

The Megasealed business has 34 franchises spanning 125 territories across the country, handling more than 20,000 non-destructive leaking shower and balcony repairs jobs annually.

The business is building on its legacy and broadening its service and ownership opportunities across the broader Megasealed Group.
