The Megasealed Australia business has appointed former Narellan Pools boss Peter Baily as its advisory board chair.

Baily spent almost 10 years in C-suite roles with the pool business, leading operations, heading up development and then as managing director. Before this he was franchising and acquisitions director for Luxottica.

Baily also held leadership positions at Gloria Jean’s Coffees and Banjo’s.

“I’m super excited to step into the role of advisory board chair for Megasealed Australia,” Baily wrote on LinkedIn.

Megasealed provides shower and balcony repairs, waterproofing and grouting services. It has been operating since 1996 and has a national presence.

“Megasealed continues to set the benchmark for service excellence and innovation. I look forward to working closely with the leadership team to help guide strategic growth, expand our footprint across Australia and New Zealand, and ensure we remain at the forefront of delivering value to our customers and franchisees,” Baily wrote.

Baily announced earlier in the year he was stepping into the next phase of his career, after 30 years of leading teams, brands and businesses.

“I am now going to support a range of organisations as I focus on non-executive and advisory board roles. This new chapter will allow me to leverage my expertise and passion for strategic leadership, helping organisation grow and thrive.”
