In its fourth year, the annual Top 30 Franchise Executives is open to any individual working for the franchisor either at head office or in a field role, and able to demonstrate how their actions have had a positive impact on franchisees over the last 12 months.
They could be working in training, field management, operations, product development, marketing, business development, leasing, finance, IT, executive managment
Last year’s top five executives were CouriersPlease CEO Mark McGinley, Ben Flintoff, formerly GM of Baskin-Robbins, CEO Ben Fletcher from Listen To Your Body, KX Pilates founder and chief cultural officer Aaron Smith, and head of product development at San Churro, Zoe Farrell.
Who will make the cut this year?
It’s easy to nominate: just fill out the online form before 22 October and we’ll do the rest. Every eligible nominee will be asked to enter an online submission and a stellar line-up of judges armed with franchising expertise will judge and score the submissions.
We’ll keep the results top secret until the Top 30 Franchise Executives 2022 report is released in May next year at a special event.
