The Piccolo Me cafe chain has opened two new locations in Sydney, one at Eastern Creek, one in Parramatta, and has a flagship store planned for Homebush.

The back-to-back openings in April have set the pace for further expansion, with the flagship set for a late May unveiling.

Located in Goodman business park, the Homebush site will play a critical role in maintaining menu innovation and strong operations with centralised training and product development.

Group general manager, David Ciantar said “Part of our three-year plan is to be open-minded with our development plan and look at opportunities we may have never previously considered. In due course, this may include smaller type shopping centres, and retail precincts.”

Piccolo Me is part of the Fabe hospitality business founded by the El Hachem family. It includes SolBowl, Bean Bar, GO Dark and Munchiverse.
