Priceline Pharmacy has launched a mobile-led website designed to enhance the digital shopping experience while focusing on store-based online order fulfilment.
Wesfarmers health general manager – digital & data, Kirsty MacCulloch, said the refreshed digital experience benefits franchisees and customers.
“We know our franchise partners value the additional sales avenue offered by our website, with every online order placed directed to stores for fulfilment. Moving to an integrated fulfillment model and investing in improvements to our click & collect systems means we’re driving foot traffic back into stores, even when orders are placed online.”
Priceline launches new website
Customers using the new website’s mobile-led design should find it easier to search, browse and buy products. They can select a preferred store and choose standard delivery, same day delivery and click and collect.
There is also a new and improved loyalty area, including added dashboard functionality to easily review points and rewards balances and apply rewards for Priceline Pharmacy’s 8 million Sister Club members.
