Home care service business Right at Home has opened four new territories and plans to open a further seven to reach the goal of 65 territories open across the country by December 2025.
The business has 50 areas to sell across Australia.
Right at Home has ventured for the first time into the Northern Territory with one of these new businesses. The other franchise recruits are operating Goldfields/ Grampian/Murray, Geelong and Newcastle/Toronto regions.
Two territories are operated by couples, one by friends and colleagues and the Newcastle/Toronto region is a solo operation. All franchisees bring nursing or community care experience to their new businesses.
The new franchisees will undertake the brand’s two-week Our RightStart new owner training program. This covers all aspects of the home care and support business including human resources, recruitment, care management, marketing, operations, accounting and record keeping, compliance, and systems.
