Super Easy Storage has unveiled Super Easy Moves, franchising its removals and transport service across key eastern seaboard markets.

The expansion capitalises on the 17-year-old mobile storage brand’s focus on convenience, said Cameron Robertson, general manager.

The new business offers franchisees the choice of being hands-on operators or managing enquiries and relationship-building.

Initial investment ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 (including vehicle purchase), or less than $50,000 if the franchisee leases a vehicle.

While the focus of Super Easy Moves will initially be on the strong residential customer base shared with the storage business, the model is designed to expand into commercial moves as well.

Franchisees can benefit from a passive income too by referring clients who require storage for excess items directly to Super Easy Storage. They then get a share of that recurring storage income for the period their client uses the storage facility.

Roberston described this as a “game-changer”.

“It gives our partners exposure to the stable, long-term revenue of self-storage without having to own a single warehouse,” he said.
