Sushi Sushi has announced its new customer loyalty program Koi Club, designed to deliver meaningful rewards.
Koi Club is named after the Koi Fish often associated with good fortune. The program enables customers to automatically accrue points by scanning instore or using the app to order.
Stephen Anders, CEO of Sushi Sushi, said “Koi Club isn’t built around complicated tiers or hard-to-reach milestones. It’s designed for people who love our food and visit regularly.
“Koi Club allows us to know them better and give back valuable rewards – as a thank you for choosing Sushi Sushi,” Anders said.
Members collect 1 Koi point for every $1 spent in-store or via the app. Customers can redeem $1 off a purchase with 10 Koi points accrued.
There’s also an instant welcome reward for new members who receive a $1 hand roll after completing registration.
Sushi Sushi was recently acquired by Genki Global Dining Concepts .
