Top 30 Franchise Executives 2022 is open for nominations so it’s time to name names – your boss, your colleague – or yourself.

In its fourth year, the annual Top 30 Franchise Executives is a showcase of top performing franchising professionals across Australia compiled in a print publication, launched at an exclusive industry event.

Foodco’s Natalie Brennan, GM of Muffin Break, was named the first number one in the rankings back in 2019, followed by fourth generation baker and business chief Steve Plarre from Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses in 2020.

CouriersPlease CEO Mark McGinley took out the top slot last year – you can download the report here.

So who will head the rankings in 2022? It’s been another challenging year for small business, and what better way to celebrate than to shout out to brilliant franchise executives who go the extra mile for their franchisees.

It’s easy to nominate: just fill out the online form and we’ll do the rest.

To be eligible for nomination individuals must be working for the franchisor either at head office or in a field role, and be able to demonstrate how their actions have had a positive impact on franchisees over the last 12 months.

This is an opportunity for anyone at any level of the business – think product development, marketing, training, business development, operations, franchising and leasing, to founder, CTO and CEO.

Nominations are open until 24 September but don’t wait – nominate now!

Once nominations are received, eligible nominees will be contacted to put in an online submission, and a line-up of expert judges will evaluate the submissions.

The Top 30 Franchise Executive report 2022 will be unveiled at an event in May.
