A Sydney commercial real estate group has partnered with a Melbourne industrial agency to take its brand interstate.
The X Commercial group has granted the master franchise rights for Victoria to independent business Industry Property Group (IPG). The new agreement will kick off growth across Melbourne’s western suburbs.
IPG founder Andrew Macqueen told Real Estate Business the group plans to grow the brand as swiftly in Victoria as it has expanded across Sydney.
X Commercial was launched in June 2021 as a full service agency and has five Sydney offices.
CEO of X Commercial, Daniel O’Brien, said the business is looking to build the markets across Victoria and New South Wales before heading to Queensland.
X Commercial’s website claims assets under management worth a total of $3bn, and a finance division facilitating more than $100m in loans every 12 months.
