The Queensland-based coffee chain Zarraffa’s has cemented its presence in Rockhampton, adding its third store just three months after opening its previous new store at Gracemere.
The new standalone drive-thru site is a larger format, full-service store owned and operated by the Gracemere franchisees, Madyson McCall and partner Lachlan Beirne.
Both stores are backed by longstanding seasoned franchisees and mentors, Terry and Jeanette Bambury and Ben Old, who collectively own and operate seven stores across the group.
After managing the Caloundra and Currimundi locations on the Sunshine Coast for four years, McCall relocated her young family up north as part of Zarraffa’s Manager Program.
The new Rockhampton South store is situated near high-traffic retail precincts and QSRs.
Zarraffa’s Coffee CEO Marnie Sheldon said “This latest iteration of the model represents the next evolution of our drive thru network – adapting our footprint to suit the needs of each unique community. We’re not a one size fits all approach, and this allows us to be nimbler with site selection.”
