Ray White has attracted an award-winning agent to launch a new location in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Alexander Phillips and his team are responsible for more than $1 billion in property sales each year, earning him a top spot in the Real Estate Business rankings for the last decade.
Phillips moved to Australia’s largest real estate chain from independent agency Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
The newly-unveiled Ray White Phillips & Co business will serve customers across the eastern suburbs, inner city and city fringe.
Ray White MD Dan White said the signing is a huge endorsement of the growth and direction of the group.

Phillips said clients are looking for a point of difference in their agent.
