Barry Plant has signed up four real estate office conversions in regional Victoria as the brand seeks to establish a footprint in the Bass Coast and Phillip Island areas.
According to realestatebusiness.com.au, the well-established offices in Cowes, San Remo, Inverloch and Wonthaggi bring 45 years’ of experience in the area.
The CEO of the four offices, Jodie Hanssen, was keen to harness the efficiencies and benefits of a major real estate brand with local service, the masthead reported.
“It means we can deliver the best real estate experience in the Bass Coast,” Hanssen said.
Rod Patch, owner and director of the Cowes, San Remo and Wonthaggi offices, said the rebrand is a significant boost for the business.
“We are thrilled to join a network with the reputation, support, leadership and integrity that Barry Plant offers. Joining Barry Plant gives us a huge leg up with access to better systems, training, education and support, things we did not have before,” Patch said.
The latest network additions take the 46-year-old brand’s footprint to more than 70 offices across Victoria. The majority are located in and around Melbourne.
