Customers have given 7-Eleven Australia’s Fuel Pass fuel card a five-star rating in a Canstar survey. As a result the fuel card has won Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers 2024 Award in the Small to Medium Business Fuel Cards category.

Jason Tran, head of fuel, said the award reflects the 7-Eleven team’s efforts to provide small and medium businesses with a fuel card product that suits their needs.

“Given how critical small and medium businesses are in Australia, it’s important to us that our fuel card gives small and medium business customers value, as well as convenient, simple and secure ways to manage their fuel costs,” Tran said.

“It also gives business owners a choice of offers: fuel only, fuel and vehicle type products, or the combined 7-Eleven fuel and convenience offer. This mechanism and the range of other controls businesses can set are designed to allow them the flexibility to choose what works for their business.”

The convenience chain is looking to grow its fuel store footprint as part of its stated ambition to be ‘My Convenient Neighbourhood Store’ for more Australians.
