Choice Hotels has appointed a senior manager, development for Australia and New Zealand. Katy Frosdick will sit within the development team, responsible for building a pipeline of high-value deals and strategic relationships.
Frosdick brings an economics, real estate and accommodation background to the role at the hotel chain. She was most recently head of portfolio growth at Urban Rest, focused on expansion across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Frosdick also has experience in franchising, working on network strategy and deal sourcing at Quest Apartment Hotels and was network planning manager for Metcash’s Independent Hardware Group.
Trent Conroy, Choice Hotels Asia-Pac head of investments and portfolio growth, said “Katy brings a wealth of knowledge to Choice Hotels.
