Real estate firm Barry Plant has created a chief of staff role, appointing Monika Doyle to the position.
Doyle returns to the business after maternity leave. The real estate chain’s former head of marketing, has more than 20 years’ experience across marketing and business strategy.
Elite Agent reports Barry Plant CEO Lisa Pennell created the role to take advantage of Doyle’s experience and her need for greater flexibility.
“The big question for me was how we would best reintegrate Monika into the team post-maternity leave in a way that would support her journey of motherhood, but also level up our business at the same time. The creation of the chief of staff role was the obvious answer,” Pennell said.
In her new role, Doyle will focus on setting the foundations for the structures, accountability, and communication required for the next phase of growth.
