Troy Pullar is celebrating a 25-year career, starting as a 23-year-old rookie real estate agent and building into an industry powerhouse, managing more than $580 million in property.

Pullar joined the real estate sector in 1997 and just a few years later established the Harcourts Carrum Downs office. He has built this into a substantial business with more than 20 staff, many of whom are long term employees.

Adam Fiteni, CEO of Harcourts Victoria, notes that this longevity is no accident.

“Troy is a testament to what happens when you combine hard work with genuine care. To sustain this level of success for 25 years is remarkable. He hasn’t just built a business; he’s built a legacy of consistency and integrity that sets the standard for our network in Victoria,” Fiteni said. “His ability to connect with people is his superpower, and it’s a massive reason why he is celebrating this significant milestone today.”

Pullar said the business journey has been a steep learning curve, “but I wouldn’t change a thing”.

Over the years he has navigated market shifts, and drawn on the resources, training, and community in the Harcourts network.
