Real estate network Harcourts has appointed Andrew McCulloch as CEO for New South Wales and ACT.
McCulloch brings more than two decades of industry experience from across Australia and New Zealand to the role, with a proven track record in growth leadership and franchise ownership.
“I’m excited to join Harcourts and leverage my experience to drive growth and recruitment across NSW and ACT,” McCulloch said. “My approach is to ask business owners what they want, not tell them what they should have.
“I’m willing to be challenged, as I see that as all part of the inclusive nature of the relationship,” he said.
Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia, welcomed the appointment.
