Harcourts Queensland has appointed Andrew Friebe as CEO, to take up the role on 8 April 2025.

The new regional boss was previously director of partnerships at REIP Nexus, and this will be his third stint with the Harcourts brand.

In his first role with Harcourts, Friebe led the South Australia business as GM and then CEO. After a two-and-a-half year spell with LJ Hooker, he moved to Harcourts International as COO. In this role he spearheaded growth initiatives and strengthened market leadership.

Now Friebe is keen to build on the organisation’s achievements.

Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia, believes the appointment will lead to further growth.

Knowles said “Andrew is an experienced leader in the real estate industry, renowned for his professional expertise and accomplishments, with a wealth of knowledge and specialised skills that consistently set him apart.

“He has been pivotal in developing robust business plans and implementing growth strategies, leading to the expansion of organisations and the establishment of their market dominance.”
