Global shipping solutions business InXpress has scooped a 5-star franchise rating in recognition of its high performance. The high score was allocated by FRANdata which operates the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.
InXpress global COO Marcel Lal was “incredibly proud” to receive the award, he told Franchise Executives.
“It’s very rewarding to receive this type of recognition given the number of years of hard work that goes into building a franchise system. It shows we are on the right path with what we are doing with our franchise system,” he said.
Michelle Price, chief commercial officer at InXpress APAC, echoed the sentiments.
“We are very honoured to receive this award. It’s a testament to the brand reputation and the efforts that the network and all the corporate head office staff have put in,” Price said.
“It shows the dedication and commitment and should be celebrated among the network for this outstanding achievement.”
FRANdata’s Australian CEO, Darryn McAuliffe, highlighted the brand’s strengths as a franchise.
“A strong feature of the Inxpress franchise system is the line of sight it has over the operations of the network and how it uses those insights to help franchisees optimise success. Very healthy levels of satisfaction and engagement of franchisees were evidenced as well,” McAuliffe said.
