Just Cuts has awarded its top-performing franchisees and team members from Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Taking out the top award, Franchise of the Year 2024, multi-unit franchisees Emma and Anthony Belcher. The couple owns seven salons: Wodonga, Sunshine Plaza, Kawana, Albury, Delacombe, Wagga Wagga and Birtinya.
Peter and Lenka Vrtkovski scooped the Multi Salon Owner of the Year 2024. They own the Warrawong, Nowra, Batemans Bay and Edmondson Square salons.

- Best Haircare Empowerment Salon: Just Cuts Modbury (Tea Tree Plaza, SA)
- Best Salon Marketing of the Year: Tim and Laney Belcher (Whanganui, NZ)
- Excellence in Customer Service: Just Cuts Redbank (Redbank Plaza, QLD)
- People’s Choice Award: Just Cuts Modbury (Tea Tree Plaza, SA)
- Best Community Contribution: Joanne Ashkar (Campbelltown Macarthur Square)
- Newcomer of the Year: Samantha Lee and Darren Fifield (Lismore, NSW)
- Salon of the Year (Growth): Just Cuts Cockburn (Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, WA)
- Owners Choice of the Year: Joanne Ashkar and Sandra and Anthony Fernandes
The gala awards night was the conclusion of Just Cuts’ 2024 conference held in Fiji.
