Just Cuts brought its top stylists from across Australia and New Zealand to Sydney for an exclusive two-day experience as part of its Justice Haircare Ambassador Program.

The program recognises the top one per cent of stylists who have demonstrated outstanding performance retailing Just Cuts’ proprietary haircare range.

Over the two days they undertook professional development and training, and spent time with Just Cuts founder Denis McFadden and CEO Andrew Kidd.

Kidd said “Recognition matters, and it’s something we take seriously as a brand. We want our stylists to know that when they perform at a high level, we see it, we value it and we want to invest back into them.

“Across the Just Cuts network there are thousands of incredibly talented stylists who build genuine relationships with their clients every day, and they are a big part of what clients love about the brand,” Kidd said.

“The Ambassador Program is our opportunity to celebrate some of those people and give them experiences and opportunities that recognise the contribution they make. Our Ambassadors also become mentors and advocates. They return to their salons excited to share what they have learned with the people around them which positive impact on the whole team,” he added.

Kidd reiterated the importance of continually investing in the people and culture behind the brand.

“Our franchise owners and stylists are the people who have built Just Cuts over more than four decades. As we continue to grow internationally, we want to make sure we continue recognising and creating opportunities for the people who make that growth possible,” he said
