Lebanese pizza chain Ooshman appoints new marketing manager

QSR chain Ooshman has appointed a new marketing manager to its growing Lebanese pizza and wraps business.

Elena Eassey brings event marketing and social media management experience to the role.

“I’ve always admired brands that strike that balance between tradition and innovation, so stepping into this role feels like a natural fit,” Eassey wrote on LinkedIn.

Eassey will focus on refining the brand’s voice as Ooshman balances authenticity with a future-focused strategy.

“Beyond the usual growth metrics, I’m especially interested in leaning into community-led marketing creating genuine, meaningful ways to engage with our customers that go beyond traditional advertising,” Eassey said.

Ooshman has two new stores in the pipeline, at Belconnen and Marsden Park, which will add to the current 21-store footprint across ACT and New South Wales.
