Sydney-based 20-store chain LeWrap has introduced a limited-time fee waiver offer for prospective franchisees.

The waiver removes the $50,000 franchise fee, $15,000 training fee, and fees for documentation and project management.

Manal Haydar, general manager, franchising, at LeWrap, said “That’s typically about $100,000 that a franchisee can put in their pocket and have as a kickstart towards their business. It makes it really appealing for new business owners.”

The waiver means current franchise opportunities start from $400,000, depending on location and format; a full shopfront dine-in restaurant costs from $450,000.

“The model allows corporates tired of working long hours to get into a business and start something for the family. It also suits QSR managers who may want to be business owners with an affordable opportunity,” Haydar said.

“LeWrap has strong operational systems, family-driven values and and has spent more than 20 years creating a business model designed for long-term success.”

The chain’s newest store opened this week in Newtown, the seventh store LeWrap has opened in seven months.
