Listen To Your Body will launch in Adelaide and Perth in 2022, following the signing of a franchise in each capital city.
The new studios will be the first of what LTYB founder Ben Fletcher hopes will be five studios in each state within 18 months.
Currently 17 outlets in the network are spread across the brand’s home state Victoria and Queensland, from Brisbane to the newly unveiled studio in Cairns.
Fletcher has targeted the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast for multiple locations.
The site search for the initial Perth and Adelaide locations will begin in October, Fletcher told Inside Franchise Business Executive.
“Then we will tackle Sydney. New South Wales is one state we haven’t had a lot of traction; we get the most enquiries from Queensland.”
Fletcher has always taken a measured approach to growth. “The methodology is on the bottom line health, the longevity, to make sure sales and operations are balanced. We did five in the last 12 months, if we can do five sooner this year that would be awesome,” he said.
As the brand grows its footprint it is also introducing a secondary fitness element, a group training zone that starts up on 21 June with four studios.
“We’re carving out an area in each studio to do group training as well as the personal training in a group setting. We’ll offer the best of both worlds.
“We’ve been building the programs for a few months, we’re redesigning our floor plans and will launch this at our July conference,” said Fletcher.
