Mail Boxes Etc (MBE) franchisees across Australia have seen a double-digit rise in revenue this year and there has been a striking lift in new centre performance.

MBE CEO Clayton Treloar said new centres were performing better in the first three to six months.

“There has been a huge increase of more than 157 per cent in new centre activity compared to soft openings five years ago.  We are more aggressive in our marketing campaigns. Our training program is one of the best in the industry, combining part online, part self-paced, and mostly face-to-face instruction at an MBE centre,” Treloar said.

Year-on-year packing and shipping sales lifted 21 per cent year-on-year, and mailbox subscriptions rose 12 per cent. Several new centres now offer signage solutions, boosting this area by 11 per cent.

Award-winning performances

This year has also delivered significant recognition for the network. MBE Parramatta and Ultimo’s Charles Batt winning two major national awards at the Franchise Council of Australia’s inaugural Franchise Industry Awards.

Batt scooped the Franchisee of the Year, Multi Unit – Services, and the national Franchisee of the Year – Multi Unit awards.

Batt reported an exceptional year for the business. “2025 is ending with record revenue for MBE Parramatta,” he said.

MBE Australia was awarded the Master Licensee Regional (Asia Pacific Region) Award and a 30+ Year  Milestone Award at the Milan MBE Global Conference in September.

Treloar said the network’s achievements reflect a shared commitment to strong operational systems and close support.

“Our focus is on providing practical help that strengthens each franchisee’s business. The network’s  results this year, including Charles’ outstanding award wins, show the impact of that partnership. The  success stories from across the country highlight the depth of talent and dedication in the MBE  community,” Treloar said.

MBE is part of the global Fortidia (formerly MBE Worldwide) business. Fortidia’s brands include Alpha Graphics, Kwik Kopy, Pack & Send, PostNet and World Options.
