McGrath Estate Agents has opened a new office in Craigieburn, Melbourne, which is the brand’s 20th office in Victoria.
The latest office is a rebadge from Raine & Horne, with franchisees Terry Singh and Gary Verma leading a team of 13, according to realestatebusiness.
The masthead reports the pair were impressed by McGrath’s values and vision.
“We believe their strong brand, innovative approach and customer-centric focus will help us elevate our service and achieve greater success in our local market,” Verma said.
The pair bring 16 years of experience which will be an asset for the network, according to McGrath’s head of franchise network, Chris Mourd.
“We are very fortunate to have partnered with Terry and Gary, who are both respected in the area, with strong community ties and an enviable knowledge of the local market,” Mourd said.
